"Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being affecting how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. One’s mental health can impact one’s physical health at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. My goal is for a person to feel well and live the best life possible."
